Welcome to M&D Suites! By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all guests.

1. Reservations and Payments
-Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only after receipt of a valid credit card or deposit.
-Payment Terms: Full payment is required at check-in unless specified otherwise in your booking terms.
-Rate Changes: Rates are subject to change without notice unless a reservation is already confirmed.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
-Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
-Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
-Late check-out requests may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
-Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before the check-in date for a full refund.
-Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, or no-shows, will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

4. Guest Conduct
-Respect for Others: Guests must maintain appropriate behavior and avoid excessive noise or disruptive activities.
-Property Damage: Any damages caused to property by guests or their visitors will be charged to the booking account.

5. Smoking and Substance Use
-No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all suites and public areas. Designated smoking zones are available. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.
-Prohibited Substances: Illegal activities and the use of prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.

6. Pet Policy
– M&D Suites welcomes service animals but does not allow pets in rooms unless stated otherwise in the booking terms.

7. Security and Liability
-Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for theft, loss, or damage. Safes are provided in each suite for securing valuables.
-Emergencies: Guests must comply with all safety protocols in case of emergencies, including evacuation procedures.

8. Facilities Usage
-Swimming Pool and Fitness Areas: These facilities are for registered guests only. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
-Kitchen Use: Suites with kitchenettes must be used responsibly. Guests will be charged for damages or cleaning beyond normal use.

9. Housekeeping and Maintenance
– Daily housekeeping services are provided unless specified otherwise. For extended stays, additional deep cleaning services can be arranged at an extra charge.

10. Disputes and Governing Law
– Any disputes arising from the use of M&D Suites’ services will be governed by local laws of the hotel’s jurisdiction.

11. Modification of Terms
– M&D Suites reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be available on our website or at the front desk.
