Hotel Policy

1. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Reservation and Cancellation

• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• Cancellation or modifications must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid charges.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in one night’s stay being charged.

3. Payment

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.
• Full payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise stated in your booking terms.

4. Guest Identification

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.

5. Smoking Policy

• M&D Suites is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

6. Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed .

7. Noise and Conduct

• Please respect the comfort of other guests. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.

8. Pool Usage

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

9. Lost and Found

• Items left behind will be held for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated or discarded.

10. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Safes are available in guest rooms for valuables.
